Terms of Service

1. Account Registration & Subdomain Rights

Upon registering, merchants receive a unique tenant subdomain (e.g., tenant.storli.in). Merchants are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials. Storli reserves the right to suspend subdomains engaging in malicious or fraudulent activity.

2. Subscription Billing & Payment Terms

Storli provides automated e-commerce store hosting, visual website builder tools, and dropshipping integrations on a subscription basis (Starter, Professional, Business plans).

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual billing cycle via Razorpay.
• Merchants may cancel their auto-renewal at any time via the Merchant Dashboard to prevent future billing cycles.
• No Refunds: Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current active billing period.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Products

Merchants using Storli storefronts agree NOT to sell, promote, or distribute:

• Counterfeit products, trademark-infringing goods, or stolen merchandise.
• Illegal drugs, regulated substances, or hazardous materials.
• Ponzi schemes, unauthorized financial instruments, or fraudulent services.
• Content promoting hate speech, violence, or unlawful activities under Indian law.

4. Affiliate Program Terms & Payouts

Participating affiliates earn recurring commissions on referred subscriptions. All affiliate payout requests are subject to manual SuperAdmin verification and UTR approval. Fraudulent self-referrals or spamming will result in immediate affiliate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

5. Limitation of Liability & Contact

Storli provides its SaaS platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall Storli.in be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from store downtime or third-party carrier delays.
